That's when I instructed Powerline and was fortunate enough to have James assigned to the job. James was incredibly thorough and persistent. He didn't stop until he found the root cause of the issue. The job turned out to be more extensive than initially thought, but James stuck to the original quote and returned over 2 days to complete the work. I was so impressed with his professionalism, skill, and dedication that I couldn't help but give him a tip. Exceptional value for money and outstanding service. Without a doubt, James will be my first choice for any future electrical needs. I have a young family. I am relieved this issue has now finally been fixed.
