Patrick got back to my enquiry very quickly, following on from another tradesman not being able to complete the work. He came at short notice to provide a quote (which was very competitive; against the other 4 quotes for the work we had received). He then provided dates for completing the work which was very time sensitive and came on the agreed date and completed most of the work required, and offered to pop over the next morning to finish up. I found him to be extremely polite and got the job we needing doing to a high standard. Would highly recommend!
