Latest review:Architecture-Scam, • We agreed fixed price 5 k for everything & later he refused to come to meetings asking for extra money which he never mention before hand • he promised to do the drawings (he said drawing will finish in 7 days and took a month) • he said in front of 5 witness he will deal with everything and get building control signed off and till now I do not have it • he got paid 50% and now did ccj asking for the other 50% and the job is not finished and no building control certificate

Latest review:Architecture-Amol is a really nice guy. The brief I gave him was pretty specific so we didn't get the chance to see much in the way of his design flair but the drawings were all of excellent quality. After an initial issue with applying for the wrong type of planning permission Amol more than redeemed himself by talking the planners around after they initially turned down my application. Aftercare has also been excellent...we needed to contact him again after a year to get some structural calculations which he supplied quickly and without fuss.

Latest review:Architecture-Luke was very swift to respond and visited the property promptly at my request, even though not very local to me. He has been producing detailed plans to submit to building control and has kindly recommended other professionals to ensure things progress smoothly. As a novice myself, his help and support has been invaluable. Luke always responds promptly to my emails (quite rare in the industry I have found unfortunately) and tries to explain things in layman's terms! Whilst my project and my dealings with Luke are not 100% complete yet, I would feel confident in recommending him for similar projects. He has certainly saved me money compared to previous quotes from design/build firms.
