On the certificate claims to have bonded the gas, not evident, been picked up on recent replacement of gas meter and hob. Need to pay to have this done now. Pc screen scratched and keyboard full of plaster, both no longer any good. floors not relayed properly, first house they’d done that was occupied (we moved out for a week and removed, covered etc what was asked of us) never told us that they’d not don’t occupied house before, carpets need replacing as not relaid to any kind of standard and as for plastering to make good following rewire, nowhere near good. Waited over 4 weeks for electrical certificate, apparently was in my spam, erm no, was never sent

I had two light fittings changed, a light switch changed to a dimmer and two sockets moved. Gavin arrived on time (when he said he would be ). He was very smart and polite. He changed the light fittings first, he made it look so easy obviously knew what he was doing. Then the sockets he asked where I wanted them. He had to knock the plaster off the walls to put the new cables in, he cleaned all the mess up and the new sockets looked great all the wires were covered up. Overall I found Gavin to be a very reliable, experienced electrician and cannot fault his work at all. I would defiantly recommend him to friends and family.
