He was methodical and carried out the tasks diligently, happy to clarify any concerns or questions we had and to rectify any changes made in a professional way. He was neat and tidy, putting dust sheets down to keep the carpets clean and he never failed to clear up after himself at the end of a day’s work. A real God-send!
