Bill was quick to respond in providing a quick look to assess how long the job will take. He came back a week later and installed LED strip lights above and below kitchen cabinets and changed a 3-gang on/off LED to a dim-able switch. Left the place nice and tidy. I have not received invoice, yet so cannot comment on cost - but I believe it will not be horrendous.
