Muhammad was super patient and attended to fixing our door very carefully. Our front door was misaligned and he found that because of this the door was not latching when closed from the inside. He was very thorough and he tried everything that he could so that we wouldn't have to get a brand new door, for which I am super grateful! My husband and I super impressed with the work done for us. I was a bit skeptical at first because I couldn't see a lot of reviews under this company but just felt to go with them. Things that impressed me: - Prompt response to my messages - Sent me a proposal with the cost so I wasn't guessing. - Was willing to order and pick up a tap for me on his way. - when I said that I needed the work done today, he was able to fit me in. - We agreed on when he should come, he communicated when he was 30 mins away and arrived just in time. - Friendly, honest and straightforward guy. He and my husband were talking like they had known each other before. - He was also able to do a quick kitchen sink work for us whilst here. - He was willing to answer our questions. - The tap he fitted in place of the old one is even better.
