First meeting with Ricki and his team was clear that they had experience to complete the job and we had a good detailed discussion around options. A quote was produced and we had further discussion to refine it, including exploring different layouts and options with each carefully considered and calculated reports completed. The work was carried out very professionally and the installation is very smart. Good communication maintained throughout the works. Site left extremely neat and tidy. Source FM recently helped us fit out a new 8000 sq ft warehouse in Hackney. The project included installing new electricals, installing new fire and security alarms, repairing and repainting a heavily used concrete floor, redecorating, servicing the heating etc. The project had a very tight time frame and Source FM often had to work around members of our team as we started moving in while work was still ongoing. I'm pleased to say, all the work was completed in time and to a very high standard. We've since used Paul and Bill for a number of smaller projects, both at the warehouse and in our offices.
