The light install was in preparation for a kitchen install to be completed by Wren. We knew we would need remedial work before the Wren install-but we didn't exactly know what would be needed. When Mark came round to quote for our light installation and we had a chat it became very apparent that our kitchen install was going to be far smoother and less hassle for us to have Mark project manage the install. We cannot speak highly enough of Mark and his team. Mark was at the end of the phone/email/text for any questions we had pre-install. Throughout the project Mark's team arrived promptly and are an incredibly friendly/personable bunch who we had no reservations leaving in the house whilst we went out. We are absolutely thrilled with the kitchen. The team's attention to detail has been excellent and we could not be happier. Like any project there are little unexpected issues and Mark talked us through them, gave us the options and then sorted it out. With any job of this size there is bound to be a few 'snags' and these were very minor. We called Mark and they were rectified very quickly. We would with out doubt recommend Mark and his team, there really is nothing they can't do from removal of kitchen, plumbing, plastering, electrics, kitchen install and making good. The quote was very transparent and there were no hidden costs/nasty surprises on completion!

We agreed on the telephone the electrician would be with us at 8.30, in fact, he arrived 7 minutes early, a good start. After 10 minutes looking at the job gave a quote which we were very happy with, a quick trip to the wholesalers and he was in action. The quality of work was excellent, improving on my original suggestions, he was clean and tidy when he had finished. No hesitation in highly recommending the electrician from Orchid.

After looking at a few local electricians, I arranged for Curtis Electrical Contractors to come out and provide me a quote for a new consumer unit, partial rewire, additional sockets and an outside socket as part of a new kitchen I was having fitted. They took on board what I wanted but also used their expertise to make suggestions as to what placements would work best with the layout of my kitchen and even managed to source some specific sockets my partner wanted. Harry and his team then carried out the work, they were very accommodating, completing the job to a high standard and leaving the place clean and tidy. They completed the second fix once the kitchen was in, keeping in touch throughout and doing their best to work around the other trades we had in. Everything was signed off and I was provided the certificates along with an electronic copy. Harry made a follow up call to make sure I was happy with everything. I have since had some other minor works carried out by them, which all went well. Overall I am really happy with the service I received on both occasions and highly recommend them if you are in need of an electrician.
