First time using my builder wasn’t sure what to quite expect, but I’m glad I did, had this lovely gentlemen Happy over to mine to change some fittings and I’m absolutely delighted with the job he has done, he was on time, reasonably priced, well mannered and presented, he also fixed another little problem I had that had nothing to do with him out of good will. About four days after agreeing the price and a day to do the work I was contacted and told that he could not do the job after all. He told me that he had inadequate insurance and was unwilling to upgrade it. Fair enough - but rather disappointing. We cancelled the contract. I cannot leave positive feedback.
