Made all the arrangements, took half days holiday, arrange taxi to get my son for school run. Had a call to confirm appointment, made my way home - 10 mins before available BPM said I’m on another call - I’ll be there shortly waited over an hour to then be told - not coming can’t make it. Waited for response to messages and then got told - find someone else - totally unacceptable. When I asked where he was got told - your no loss to me I have to much work, I’m a one man band. Very disappointed, not at all reliable.
