We would not recommend this tradesman to anyone looking for reliable and honest tradesmen. Failed to attend on the first day, advising the night before that he didn't know the address! Despite having already been given it. Was also given multiple contact numbers which he was dishonest about having tried to get in contact with us on. Blamed MyBuilder for not receiving messages from us and not knowing the address, when all info was given to him over the phone when he first got in contact (in addition to being provided through MyBuilder). Lied about never having had any correspondence with us through emails despite all evidence of this. Wasted our time, then when we re-arranged with him and weren't able to gain access to the property due to unforseen circumstances. He took this as an opportunity to try to charge us at a full day rate, for that day and the days he failed to even attend! Delayed our projected, threatened court action for not paying him for days he never turned up to. When he did attend he only completed half the work despite advising that it would only take a day. Work was completed to a decent standard but not worth the hassle and dishonesty we experienced. He then later refused to return to complete works as he had a bigger project which meant we had to get someone else in to complete his work.
