I can produce drawings for planning and building regulations applications. I'm happy to liaise with structural engineers, local authorities etc and coordinate all aspects of the design. I aim to provide a professional, friendly service at a low rate. I work by myself and have no overheads so my fees are low. Specialised in new builds and extensions.

Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-Can’t thank Steve enough.. Excellent workmanship and lovely finish..! He has brought life back to an unloved toilet. The previous owner had left a bit of a puzzle with dodgy levels and tiling. Steve spent time ensuring all was spot on and now looks the business. A small leak appear after Steve had finished due to old pipe work hidden behind boxing in. Steve can’t the same day to sort the issue out and make good..! That’s what you Call service..! Can’t recommend enough. A tradesman who cares and does a tidy job..!
