The light install was in preparation for a kitchen install to be completed by Wren. We knew we would need remedial work before the Wren install-but we didn't exactly know what would be needed. When Mark came round to quote for our light installation and we had a chat it became very apparent that our kitchen install was going to be far smoother and less hassle for us to have Mark project manage the install. We cannot speak highly enough of Mark and his team. Mark was at the end of the phone/email/text for any questions we had pre-install. Throughout the project Mark's team arrived promptly and are an incredibly friendly/personable bunch who we had no reservations leaving in the house whilst we went out. We are absolutely thrilled with the kitchen. The team's attention to detail has been excellent and we could not be happier. Like any project there are little unexpected issues and Mark talked us through them, gave us the options and then sorted it out. With any job of this size there is bound to be a few 'snags' and these were very minor. We called Mark and they were rectified very quickly. We would with out doubt recommend Mark and his team, there really is nothing they can't do from removal of kitchen, plumbing, plastering, electrics, kitchen install and making good. The quote was very transparent and there were no hidden costs/nasty surprises on completion!
