First meeting with Ricki and his team was clear that they had experience to complete the job and we had a good detailed discussion around options. A quote was produced and we had further discussion to refine it, including exploring different layouts and options with each carefully considered and calculated reports completed. The work was carried out very professionally and the installation is very smart. Good communication maintained throughout the works. Site left extremely neat and tidy. I highly recommend Empire Electrical and will be looking to them for any future electrical works I may have. Thanks Ricki, Will and team.

I'm incredibly happy with the job Basit did for me. He is extremely polite, professional and experienced. His prices are incredibly reasonable and the professional service he provides makes it even feel like you are getting a bargain. Basit contacted me and arranged to come to my house to give an estimate, he was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote and arranged a day he could do the work. On the day, he arrived on time and started straight away. He was very tidy and respectful, making sure not to leave a mess. He tested everything was working and demonstrated it to make extra sure. He also charged the estimate, no hidden costs, despite the work being a little more complicated than initially thought. I would 100% recommend Basit to anyone who needs an electrician and definitely if you want to put in ethernet ports to better connect your home. I will be using his services again.
