I could not recommend Dale Smith. Whilst he did a reasonable job removing the fitted bedroom furniture, he did not fulfil the brief. He did not make good the walls and ceiling to an acceptable standard. It was less than a days work and I was paying him nearly £800. He fitted all the furniture into his van, ready to take to the tip. When I asked him to return to complete the job, he replied that if I didn’t pay him he would return and leave all the fitted furniture on my door step. I paid him £700 but then had to employ another tradesperson to fill the holes left in the walls and ceiling, so that I could have the room painted.

He provided a really thorough and reasonable quote including bringing his own helpful ideas and suggestions to the table, meaning that we got the perfect end product. Mitchell is incredibly trustworthy, reliable and a delight to have in your house. He works hard to get the job done and is very clean and tidy, too! Even a thunderstorm of biblical proportions did not deter them from working.
