Very impressed by this firm. The first part of the job completed to a high standard. The electrician was not only helpful in advising the best way of replacing an old obsolete unit but carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Have asked him to come back and fix some problems that came to light during the initial works. He was personable, prompt, very helpful and left the site clean and tidy. I am not an electrician but have some technical knowledge and he impressed me with both his technical skills and knowledge of the current Regulations. Tim was very punctual. Initially the problem was not as he thought but Tim is very thorough and found the problem, fixed it and we have light! Plus he also fixed the door bell. No call out charge like some and very reasonably priced. Would recommend

Sab came and resolved a long-standing issue with our Economy 7 that had been a mystery to solve. He called straight away, arrived exactly when he said he would and spent time understanding and testing the potential causes of the issues and fixed it promptly. He also followed up over the next few days to make sure everything was working and we were getting our overnight heat. He is a polite and friendly guy and I would happily use him again for any electrical issues we may have.

Terry came with his buddy Lee. They are very good electricians and know their trade inside and out. They centralized some ceiling lights that had been in a very strange place and installed new ones in other places. They are very friendly and listened and checked what I wanted at every stage. They seem to make customer satisfaction a priority. They are very hard working and tidied up the mess and took away the rubbish. They also fixed a couple of things free of charge. I am very happy with the result of all their work. It’s beautifully done. It was a good value for money. I’ve recommended T M Electrical to a couple of neighbours.
