Azzeddine did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing electrical works done to a high standard by someone who is responsive and reliable. I needed a replacement for my electric shower and Azzeddine got in touch to quote. He was competitive on cost and was very responsive to messages. He carried out the works quickly and thoroughly and took care in his work and was careful with my home. He was polite and clear in his communications and I found the whole experience of working with him a pleasure. He got the certificates to me very quickly after the works were completed which I'd also like to thank him for. 10/10 would recommend to others and I'll hopefully be using him again for future electrical works. Do not hire, nice guy but highly unmotivated and doesn’t finish the job within time project timelines as he’s busy working on other sites. More importantly he put my family and tenants at risk as the fire alarm he fitted wasn’t working including the call points. I tried making contact he said he’s away but willa renege for some to look at it. Never heard anything from him, maybe because I paid the remaining balance my fault for trusting him. I had to arrange another contactor to complete the job. His exact words (Hi Jay, all sorted at your property. Couldn’t believe how the company who installed the system left it in fault and none of the callpoints working). Once again Andy is a nice guy but I’m extremely disappointed with his radio silence and lack due care for his clients. AVOID!!!
