Polite, nice and approachable and checked if I was happy with work. UPDATED: Unfortunately the child gate and door repair both did not last more than a month or so. I contacted him to let him know and shared pictures but no effort made to come sort the work properly. Disappointing really.

He was three hours late and arrived at my place without the necessary equipment—a drill and a ladder—even though he knew the job was to hang two ceiling lights. I had sent him pictures in advance, and I described the task over the phone. As a result, he had to go and get the tools, which added another hour to the delay. In the end, the work was good and completed quickly, but I’m not sure it was worth the long wait and the stress.
