Came and looked and gave us a quote. Changed the days they could do it, but I had nt confirmed so wasn’t too concerned. Picked keys up and said they were going to crack on. Lunch time and nothing had been done! Tried to contact and refused to answer phone. Then said an empty wardrobe that was on wheels and laminate floor was an issue! I said things could be moved and I was in the area, no problem. But they had chosen to do nothing and leave instead of ringing me?! Wardrobe was there when he came to quote!! Still refused to ring or take calls. Posted key back half through letterbox! What absolute messer and time waster!!! Be warned!!!
