Neil came to finish off a job that had initially been started by someone else. It was an IKEA flatpack chest of drawers. Unfortunately, whilst Neil was completing the assembly he noticed that the first fitter had caused damage to some of the drawer fronts, which then meant I would have to purchase new drawer fronts for the job to be completed satisfactorily. He did as much as he could whilst he was here and very kindly offered to come back after I had received the new drawer fronts. However, I asked him to show me what to do so that I could do it myself. I have now completed the job. So, thanks for the work you did Neil and for the offer to come back and also for the tuition. All appreciated.

Tom was friendly and professional from start to finish, he worked tirelessly to ensure the job was completed on time within budget and to a high standard. Tom provided us with helpful advice throughout the renovation, to ensure we ended up with the best overall result at the best price and went the extra mile with finishing touches that we wouldn't have considered when getting quotes. As we were not currently living in the property he kept us up to date and informed with daily progress messages and photos, Tom took the stress out of the renovation by dealing with any issues encountered quickly and without complaint. Nikolay MILOSHEV - let’s be clear here. Firstly I take great exception to you making a very very serious allegation about me of racial abuse towards your team and your office ! This is simply not true and a complete lie and you know this! Don’t try and justify your argument by making false allegations. If this is the case please contact the police and report this and I’m more than happy to speak to them. All communications stated clearly what I had asked for. I have attached all screenshots, we discussed the clearing of flowerbeds and you asked for further pictures that I provided, a total of additional 9 pictures + the ones on Mybuilder and you then increased your price. Simply put, your team did not want to carry out the works when they arrived and refused to discuss with me. For me it’s no issue , I simply instructed another team rather than further cost discussions with you, my advice to anyone wanting to hire Two Lions 11, make sure you detail your job as they will try and upsell.
