Excellent from start to finish I can't praise Dave and his team highly enough. Great communication before and throughout the work. Comprehensive estimate to start with laying out every detail of the work. The work started on time and they worked every day till the job was complete. Dave was happy to add extra jobs as we went a long and always had great ideas to make the finished extension even better than we imagined. Dave made what could of been a very stressful experience as easy as it could be. The job was left very clean and tidy at the end of every day. I now recommend Dave to everyone. Dave is coming back next year to rebuild our garden wall and I'm sure we will be having more work done in the future. We hired SJ Build Ltd based on the price and the knowledge shown whilst providing the quote. They helped make sure our plans met with building regs, something we had missed. They turned up when they said they would and worked very hard over the two days. The patio, porch step and garden path were all completed to a very high standard and provided excellent value for money. At the end of both days they made sure they cleaned up after them selves and left no mess. We would certainly have John and his team back to our home in the future when needed.
