This company overpromises and underdelivers. They did not use dust control measures as promised or proper equipment, causing damages, including scratched window frame, damaged lawn, and cement stains on the patio. Mortar was mixed manually, and the old mortar was not raked to the agreed 25mm depth. The poor-quality mortar (more like sand) crumbles under light pressure just weeks after completion and is missing in places. They caused a power outage by using unsuitable extension lead, generating us extra costs for electrical work. They used our ladder and garden hose without consent and arrived late every day, showing unprofessional behaviour and attitude when challenged about work. The Three Best Rated certificate they display is not genuine, as confirmed by Three Best Rated. Despite assurances of a 25-year warranty, we won’t let them return. We’ve completely lost faith in their ability, and the job will need to be redone by a qualified professional. Reported to Trading Standards.

Kieren and his team did an excellent job grinding out and repointing in lime mortar two walls of the house. They went above and beyond to minimise disruption for both me and my neighbours and made sure everywhere had been washed down thoroughly at the end of day. If I could give 10 stars I would, professional from start to finish, done a brilliant pointing job massive wall, really clean, jet washed everything at the end, he handed me £60 because a bit of dust from the whizzing went on my car, to get it cleaned, and if needed for next door nabours car, which it never needed, very curtious lovely man.
