Job was done ok but in april 2022 noticed that some of the resin was breaking up contacted gilbert he sent someone round to have a look and have not heard since then , i have texted & whats apped probably 30 times since then but still no response i was given a 10 year guarantee but at the moment that seems worth less perhaps after reading this someone will contact me and sort the problem out still waiting for them to contact me but doubt that will happen now looking round to get someone else to do repair but not a lot of tradesmen what to touch the job but I will end up paying to get it done would give no stars or minus ones if I could do not use this company they changed their name and moved from dartford in the south to somewhere up north probably to get away from. Michael and his team did a great job. Our new drive and fence look great and Michael explained the whole process when he came to quote. His quote was also the best one we had.
