Latest review:Demolition-This was demolition and clearance of an outbuilding on the back of our Grade 11 house, and included demolishing a wall built like a German bunker. It needed great care and respect for the listed house. Tom Mcguire and the men with him were exceptional in the way they did the work all working consistently extremely hard throughout without breaks save briefly for coffee we made, and at all times were very courteous and good humoured despite the very difficult narrow access for removal by hand of all the rubble and everything else. The site was left absolutely clear. I am usually very critical but this firm did the work to a Gold Star standard and I am so relieved I found them as demolition experts and cannot recommend them enough.

Latest review:Demolition-Darren of P16 explained what needed to be done in order to demolish the Garage and cost, he arrived with 2 of his men, they where excellent, polite and professional their work was outstanding the left the site in a clean state. I would recommend them to anyone, well done P16.
The job was to remove an existing floor, approx. 5m x 4m, down to the ground and re-instate, they broke out the screed and concrete, (no insulation), removed the rejects and dug down to the correct level, installed the type 1, compacted with a whacker plate, installed the insulation then concreted to the correct level, all in a week. Dan and Luke were very easy to deal with and did an excellent job, making sure everything was tidied away each evening and everything washed down and cleaned, after the concrete delivery. I would have no problem using them again or recommending them.
