Steve did extensive, intricate groundwork for us over a period on and off of about a year. His eye for detail and precision was exceptional. He created the base for two 60m long shed that needed a fall of 200mm over the distance, dug the excavations for an underground AD tank and also created a 1500 cubic meter lagoon for us and all the associated pipe work. I took Steve on at an hourly rate and in the fullness of the scheme the civils bill came in considerably cheaper than fixed price quotes that I had received. Top bloke I would thoroughly recommend.

The final result was a sound job and all the team tried their hardest to produce quality work. The ground needed rotovating. I was told it would be rotovated, stones would be buried and the ground levelled ready for seeding. They had trouble with their rotovator and left after a couple of hours, not burying the stones or levelling. In their defence there were lumps of concrete that jammed in the rotovator and a few trees that made it difficult to get around. They have made it much easier to manage and they did it for a reasonable price but I would not hire them again.
