The communication was clear and prompt, and they were able to schedule the work fairly quickly, which made the whole process stress-free. The team arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and carried out the work to a very high standard. Everything was completed efficiently, with great attention to detail, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. They kept the workspace clean and tidy throughout and made sure everything was finished properly before leaving. It’s not always easy to find reliable tradespeople, but these guys definitely delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and high-quality property maintenance services. I’ll certainly be using them again in the future.

Colin was employed by us to carry out a variety of building and decorating projects. Colin prepared and painted our downstairs rooms plus hall, stairs and landing to a high standard. He worked hard and methodically, and always cleared up well at the end of each day. Due to the quality of his work and his character, Colin was very reliable, always came when he said he would . Was friendly and respectful of our property and we were happy to leave him at work while we were out. We therefore asked him if he would give us an estimate for a shed that we wanted converted to an extra room. Colin was totally honest about what he could do and what would need another tradesman such as electrics and plumbing. We were very pleased with the finished result and he also laid a ceramic tile floor for us. On another occasion Colin did some general gardening for us and again we were very pleased. We would not hesitate in having Colin to do further work for us and would certainly recommend him.

Unfortuantly due to the amount of money and time wasted we are now charging the cost of the my builder fees should you shortlist me and not be committed to carrying out the work or you have given false information in the ad you may be invoiced the fee I had to pay. This will be taken off the final cost should you choose us.

I wanted to replace an old brick wall in my front garden with railway sleepers. I had some idea on how I wanted it to look, but I was very undecided: vertical, horizontal, staggered or squared?. When James came around he made clear suggestions on how make it look nice, simple and within budget. He explained to me what the work involved and showed me some pictures of a previous job he had done so I had a clearer idea. I had to go out the day he came to do the job but he made sure we both were on the same page and he would meet my expectations, and I wasn't disappointed when I came back home. I contacted him afterwards to check details about the look and maintenance of the sleepers and he always replied promptly. I would definitively recommend James.
