Mulldec Construction Ltd are a very professional company and carried out the work to our complete satisfaction and we would definitely hire them again. Declan came round and looked at the shed and next day sent us a quote which we accepted. The skip arrived as arranged and the next day the Mulldec team arrived on time to do the demolition. The team were friendly and carried out the work to our complete satisfaction and we were very happy with the end result. The team cleared everything up and left the site lovely and tidy. Tyler came to quote on a retaining wall which also went around the base of a tree. He was professional and enthusiastic from the start, unlike some other companies who suggested it was too difficult a job. Tyler and his team ended up also paving a small patio area and building a domed brick pizza oven. They did all of this within two weeks of their first visit and were happy to work weekends. We are thrilled with the final result, it looks beautiful. I can’t fault Tyler and his team. They are highly skilled and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to employ them again.

We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!
