We booked Alex to help reseal our raised patio edges and he was great. He came to view the patio beforehand so he could see exactly what needed to be done and provide a more accurate quote. He worked really diligently, spending lots of time prepping the area first and he tidied up everything once he was done so it was left spotless. Would definitely recommend him!

On the 21st June 2021 I had 2 guys demolishing the shed and taking away contents. The guys were polite and very friendly, they called to inform us of their arrival time and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend these guys. They left the garden really clean and neat.

When Mr Nesimi came to undertake a pre-assessment for my front wall, he came across very professional and genuine and very honest about the work needed doing. He even suggested some changes to the work to reduce cost. The quote he gave me for the job was very reasonable and he was able to slot in my job within a week and arrive sharp on time at 8am and got on to the job straight away as I had a busy day at work for me to attend to. I notice that right from the start he was very clean and meticulous with the work and his job was of a very high quality ( compared to a job I had done by another builder 9 months ago). My neighbours also noticed this difference and were praising Mr Nesimi’s work. I would definitely recommend Mr Nesimi for any construction work as I felt he was very professional, reliable and honest and most of all the work was of high quality. I will be certainly calling him for my next job, most likely the driveway resurfacing and the attic conversion within the next year.

We employed A.V Structures for the building of an external wall around our property, the removal of a garage and the installation of railings and gates. Throughout the 4 week programme we could not have been happier with their work. Arrival was prompt, their pace of work displayed energy and purpose. They were mindful of us and our neighbours and made sure the area was left clean and tidy at the end of each days work.in addition the workmen were courteous and kept us fully informed. Alex, the owner of the company, kept in close contact with us to assure himself of our satisfaction. He came on site at intervals to check that all was going according to plan. We therefore felt completely confident that quality and outcomes were important to him. Employing A.V Structures was a decision we were pleased to have made. Ionut was so friendly and considerate. He did such an amazing job of transforming my 2 bedroom cottage. He offered me advice and gave me ideas that I would never have thought of, without being pushy. His work was outstanding. He worked tirelessly for 3 weeks repairing, preparing, painting, building cupboards and laying flooring throughout and on completion left the place spotless!
