Daniel Arrived on time for looking over the job and quoting. His attitude was very favorable in that he wanted to do a good job and was customer focused. He listened carefully to what was required, and we looked over everything together. He eagles eye and attention to detail then came to the fore, pointing out some other aspects not been seen beforehand being done respectfully. He simply explained while I have a mix ready to go it's not any more bother to fill in the extra's. We agreed a cost and a convenient time and day for him to return to do the work. He subsequently returned on time and completed the works, efficiently leaving everywhere neat and tidy, as if he's not even been there, except for the obviously repointing. While he was carrying out the works it became obvious to him that a better, more aesthetic finished job could be achieved, which we discussed and reviewed the plan of work. I am so very pleased with the result; it all looks good and all blends well together. Daniel is an amiable, cheerful person, clearly enjoys his work was keen, not only to do a good job but going the extra mile - above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Radek inherited a disaster and turned it into something we're genuinely proud of. Previous contractor left us with tiles you could pull off the wall by hand, mould behind every surface, uncured adhesive under the shower tray, cracked tiles, and a defective waste pipe that collapsed our downstairs ceiling. We had to strip everything and start from scratch. Radek came in, assessed damage professionally, and got to work. His attention to detail is on another level, every grout line is tight, every surface is level, every cut is clean. He leveled the floor, laid Italian tiles, 3D tactile wall tiles, large-format wood-effect shower tiles, installed the shower tray, plumbing, toilet, vanity, and radiator. He thought carefully about levels, transitions between materials, and how everything would look as a finished room. He made suggestions and was genuinely collaborative. positive attitude, always on time, finished on schedule. Results speak for themselves. Cannot recommend highly enough.

What can I say about Zoltan, he kept me informed all the way, a privilege to have him working for me, Zoltan and his partner did amazing job on my Decking, I am really pleased with it, worked a full 10/12 hour aday, I can't praise them enough, highly recommend, I know where I will go in the future for any other building jobs, took all the rubbish away, as far as I'm concerned it's a 5 star rating, very polite, nothing to much trouble and very easy to get along with.

Andy and Tony are punctual, polite, and very pleasant to work with. I would have them back to work on our home. Overall, we are pleased with the way our garden has been transformed. A little more attention to detail in places would further improve. I had to go around at the end finishing some final details (re-trimming edges, etc) to get the finish we wanted.
