First of all, Manuel, Mike and the team are life savers. They took on our small but rather complex loft conversion after we were badly let down by the previous builders. The job involved the replacement of the whole roof structure including the installation of steel beams, adding Velux roof lights, an ensuite bathroom, electrics, plumbing, skimming and decorating plus installing a whole new staircase. Despite various challenges the team stayed positive throughout and always managed to find a solution. We did have limited space and lived and worked onsite alongside the works which was not an easy undertaking. Manuel and his team managed to get the job completed to our satisfaction and we are very happy with the results. Naturally, with a complex project like this there is always room for improvement in terms of planning and communication and working efficiently with the various trades. Ultimately, if you're looking for reliable and outcome-focused builders we can only recommend MMMB.

He visited the property at the agreed time, and gave a thorough and detailed analysis of extra problems I had not forseen. He emailed a very reasonable quote the same day. The team started work within a week after I accepted the quote. They worked unobtrusively, doing a thorough job, explaining at the end of each day what had been done, and explaining the next stage. I would recommend them.
