Bogdan came by the same day to assess the job and impressed me with his extensive knowledge. Given my tight schedule, he got to work immediately. I’ve never seen a builder work as hard as his team; they labored tirelessly from morning to night to ensure the project was completed promptly without compromising quality. Every trade I've had since has commented on their attention to detail. In just three weeks, they completed two extensions and transformed my garden. Including the kitchen roof, new ceilings, skim/plaster all rooms, new tiles and flooring, all new wiring for the house, change the boiler location and fitted a new boiler .. have absolutely loved this team, especially Gurpreet. . The guy is always there to answer and follow up on any work . The work has been completed to the highest quality and really a trusted and a professional team !!... Ivan and his team completed a full loft conversion at our terraced house, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and were a pleasure to work with. Communication and project management throughout the project was excellent, and their commitment really showed. Nothing was ever too much trouble to ask. The project was completed within the estimated timeframe, which was especially appreciated as it finished just before Christmas. The team was very considerate while working in our home, and we stayed in the house for the entire duration of the project with minimal disruption. In addition to the loft conversion, they also replaced all our doors with fire doors and installed new flooring throughout the house, all to a very high standard. We’re absolutely delighted with the results and would highly recommend Ivan and his team to anyone considering similar work.

We were absolutely delighted with Lino and his services. He was incredibly patient , as our flat purchase was delayed. We required a total gutting off our flat, with new kitchen and bathroom, new flooring, painting, and all the rest. He had great communication throughout. He showed up on time with his team each day , and was so professional throughout. We went to Lino for advice throughout the process.
