Matt was amazingly helpful and did a super speedy job.I had a very rotten deck and a well built, but leaking lean to shed. He did the whole job over a weekend & I can’t believe the difference it’s made to my garden. He worked cleanly and tidily, honestly the tidiest tradesperson I’ve hired. Super friendly and lovely too. I’d highly recommend ☺️

While Chris didn’t end up having to do any damp proofing, I was very impressed with his expertise, honesty and demeanour; he advised it was not worth us undergoing any expensive treatment which I doubt every tradesman would do in his position! Instead he gave us some great tips and advice we could follow ourselves to sort the problem, and even shared photos from his thermal camera with us to make our DIY job easier. I was also impressed how fast and easy it was to get him round to provide what would have been a free quote - he came on an evening just a few hours after being shortlisted which was most convenient for us. He also went out of his way to be quiet when I informed him of having just put my toddler to bed which was appreciated. I was certainly call on him again if we suspect a problem. Thanks!

His extensive experience and knowledge gave me complete confidence to trust him with the entire project. What really stood out was how approachable he was throughout the process. Chris made it easy to ask questions and was open to last-minute tweaks when needed. He handled everything with real professionalism, from tidying up daily to managing disposal of all rubbish, and he kept my flat in excellent condition with proper floor and surface protection. Renovations are never entirely disruption-free, but Chris ensured everything ran smoothly and with minimal inconvenience.
