We instructed Josh to demolish two outbuildings and put up two new ones and do some minor joinery work. Josh did turn up and start the job (a day later than agreed). Josh did demolish both outbuildings. It did take him longer than expected to put up one of our new outbuildings. By Sunday afternoon, the sides of the new outbuilding were in place and he put up the roof structure but did not fit the roof panels to the roof structure. Overnight the roof structure blew off. We were quite concerned about this and was expecting him to turn up the following day to continue with the work but he did not show up. He finally sent me a text and promised to come later that afternoon but never showed up. By Wednesday the outbuilding was finally up. Josh had also completed the joinery work as promised. All Josh had to do was to put up the second outbuilding. Out of the blue I received a text message last night informing me that he was not able to put up the second outbuilding as his head was "fried". I texted him back expressing my disappointment but have had no reply. As a business woman, I find this to be very unprofessional and I am now having to find someone else to put the second outbuilding up.

You absolutely need to hire Chris. Chris and his team, which includes his sons are the nicest and most professional groundwork team I have ever come across. They were efficient, effective and showed genuine care for our project from start to finish. He demolished a large 2 storey building, dug drainage, fitted a septic tank and layer 3 slabs for us and worked as needed with builders to ensure the whole process was joined up. His years of experience shines through and he will be my absolute go to recommendation to any family, friends and colleagues that need the help of a professional.

One word : brilliant! Can't thank Jason and his team enough for the excellent job they made of demolishing and clearing away our old, brick-built garage. They removed the asbestos roof expertly and got rid of the rest of the garage smoothly and efficiently, tidying up and making good as they went. The whole team were friendly and helpful throughout and completed the job exactly on time.
