The job was split into separate parts for ease and Michael/MME took on the loft conversion piece. The conversion itself wasn't so straightforward as he was working with a previously created loft space with no building control sign off. Michael was great at every stage though, and work progressed very quickly. Attention to detail was fantastic - Michael identified ways to maximise space when quoting, and minor changes requested by me throughout the job were dealt with very efficiently. He even helped out here and there with some unrelated jobs going on in other areas of the property. I had a very specific design for the en-suite and Michael was very keen to make sure it was all done correctly. The property now has a fantastic loft space, additional bathroom, and most importantly is building control legal! I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael/MME to anyone else thinking of a loft conversion. It's very difficult picking a building company, but I felt I could trust Michael with the job from initial quote to final payment.

Luke and Diti are both amazing guys for this project. Honestly speaking they aren't the cheapest quote, but they are definitely beyond expectations. Luke was the only builder who gave a full transparent quote on each item and what was needed for the conversion. Really quick work and good planning because I have 2 cats and they did everything with enough people onsite to minimise the time. Speaking of work, it is good, we kept in communication and they were always happy to explain and adjust slightly according to my concern/question. Leave this comment after the work has been done for few months and everything is solid.

I was apprehensive in hiring Vitalii due to no reviews, but I went with my gut and boy he didn’t disappoint. I hired Vitalii to fix a new toilet, extractor fan, mixer tap and bath screen. Tyler came to quote on a retaining wall which also went around the base of a tree. He was professional and enthusiastic from the start, unlike some other companies who suggested it was too difficult a job. Tyler and his team ended up also paving a small patio area and building a domed brick pizza oven. They did all of this within two weeks of their first visit and were happy to work weekends. We are thrilled with the final result, it looks beautiful. I can’t fault Tyler and his team. They are highly skilled and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to employ them again.
