Derek was absolutely fantastic throughout this experience. He arrived very smart and polite, identifying the problem at hand and explaining his findings. Derek offered a couple of resolutions to help benefit me finically, nice to see he isn’t one of these tradespeople focused more on getting money rather than the client. He was very considerate in relation to my shifts and worked around the clock to fit me into his diary to avoid longer wait, with potential to allow the dampness to get worse. Derek arrived to carry out the job and he kept a clean workstation throughout, it’s nice to not have to clean up after anyone. I would highly recommend Derek at D Scott Decors for any job you require, reliable and very professional.
