Ian was very punctual and polite. I was very happy with his standard of work, price, and work ethics. Not only did he do the job requested, but did an extra couple of bits for a small extra charge. Kev was brilliant. He dug the pit for our LPG tank, back filled with gravel and replaced the turf. He fitted in with our timescale and liaised with the gas company. Laurence did a big damp proofing overhaul in our annex which involved stripping walls out and rebuilding them amongst other things. Laurence is friendly and takes pride in his work. He will repeat or re-do something if it is not just perfect. He is great at keeping his work area clean and tidying up. He did a few finishing bits and bobs on our annex a few weeks later and even hoovered again! The job took a little longer than planned because Laurence and his team were so busy, but I can't hold that against them because the finished product was just perfect with attention to detail.
