Jake did a fantastic job replacing rotten decking and creating bespoke wooden outdoor steps at our cottage. He was able to do the job at short notice and at a reasonable price. All in all, a great service.

It has been a real pleasure having Joseph and his team work on our deck, shed and fence. Joseph has been quick to respond and very polite since our first interaction. He gave us a very professional advice and gave us a quote with no delays. He explained everything clearly and with much precision. He and his team were very cordial , polite and professional. Even when we had to reschedule due to bad weather Joseph kept updating us almost every day. He was very clear, straightforward and professional in his communication. Jon and Jim are a friendly father and son team who were willing to take on a fiddly repair job on my 23-year old conservatory doors and windows. Over the years, some of the panels and beading had rotted and were letting in the weather and a lot of insects. Jon and Jim took time to examine the conservatory and take measurements then provided me with a detailed quote with various different options. I went for the 'repair' option and I'm very happy with the final result. Some of the beading was fixed in situ but the doors and one window were removed to the workshop for careful repair, after the openings had been carefully boarded up. I'm really relieved to be going into the winter with sound weatherproof doors and windows that look good as new.
