Get in touchScott Walker was flexible in terms of working hours, able to supply an accurate quote, and was totally trustworthy. The job involved locating and rectifying the root cause of some damp flooring. Old, rotten joists were removed and replaced, with salvageable lengths either kept or used elsewhere. Sheet flooring was then laid as a base layer, in preparation for a future floor covering. The work conducted was neat and precise. Scott Walker has an extensive range of skills relating to house renovation projects. A good description of the issue , the age and type of the property, where the issue is in the property and any other info along and if possible Photos of issue you may have, will help us greatly in deciding if we can help. However The laws regarding Damp and Mould for landlords and tenants are changing and due to increased demand for visits, advice and written reports that could end up as part of legal cases, and we may charge a fee for this service now. They came to fix a decking issue we had that was causing damp issues in our house. Communication has been great and a quote visit was arranged very quickly. The job was done a few days later, on a Saturday which was perfect as we work full time Monday-Friday. All visits were punctual and the work was done quickly.
