Warning about this business. Hired Michael for investigating a damp ceiling. He estimated £650 to seal it the following day. Once the team came (not his team, he rents workers to do it), they investigated the roof and noted a full repair was required for £2700 and a 7.5 year guarantee. We agreed to proceed. Unfortunately, when the first rain came less than a week later, the roof got worse (!) and started leaking heavily. He also pressured me to pay ASAP on the day multiple times. Overall, a job that was terribly performed, I was rushed to pay for the work. Third party experts have now confirmed the job was not done to a professional standard and has to be redone.

I strongly advise against using their services - Overpriced, dishonest, and of very poor quality service.
