He worked to minimize any disturbance to our tenants. He laid down temporary floor coverings and screened off the area that he was working in with polythene dust sheeting. He turned up every day, worked and communicated well with us. He cleared away at the end of the day, each day. His work was careful and diligently completed. Thoroughly recommended. Hektor and his team turned up early, on time and worked incredibly hard, long hours. Each of his talented team came and went quietly as they completed each aspect of the job. I needed a room rendering and plastering, damp proofing and the concrete floor screening, which required several visits. I was most impressed by how much more they did for me than I expected. Hektor replaced my coving and skirting boards which was not part of the job, but has made all the difference to me as I can now complete the room myself.
