Dean arrived on time at 9:00 am. Re-explained the job and the steps he would take. Finished at about 4:00 pm after cutting back the existing plaster, injecting the cream, rendering with waterproofed sand and cement and then skimming with plaster. Friendly and good communicator. Good finish, very neat and tidy worker. Reasonable price. Job done on 23rd September. Moisture levels down to 14% to 17% on 30th October. Great success.
