Latest review:Conversions - General-We hired ARC Renovations to convert an upstairs space from a small bedroom, corridor and stairs into one large bedroom with access to an existing bathroom. From the first meeting with Chris I could tell that he totally understood what we wanted and he was able to book us in quickly. Throughout the job we had many obstacles to overcome with the build including plenty we threw in at the last minute. Chris never flinched or moaned, he gave sensible solutions and was happy to help make sure we got what we wanted. I was also really impressed with the fact that having spotted an issue I was unhappy with I heard Chris telling his team to fix it before I'd had chance to tell him about it, showing he totally understood how important the athletics of the job were to us. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris and his team, they were a pleasure to have around and did an amazing job!

Latest review:Conversions - General-We asked Sergey ( constructive choice ) to carry out works on a semi detached house in Derby. The work’s description was to build loft dorma Refurbishing the whole house from 3 bedroom into 6 bedroom HMO all with en-suite. New kitchen capable of supporting full accommodation. Project had some unforeseen delays but Sergey worked around this. We found him to be very accommodating when asked and informed.

This was a big job and he was with us for about 3 months. Throughout all this time he was fantastic and has done a wonderful job with everything and we are having him back to do more work once we have saved up a bit. He is easy to talk to and explains everything he is doing and great at what he does. Throughout his time with us he made us feel like we were in safe hands as for us this was a big job and to see our home having alot of work done to it could have been stressful but because Conner is great I didn't once feel concerned. I cannot praise him highly enough and thanks once again for a wonderful job and see you again when we have saved up for more work cheers.
