Jason was very easy to communicate with before the job and turned up exactly when he said he would. The work was completed to a high standard, and on time, which was amazing given it can't be an easy job building a flat roof on the hottest days of the year. There were a couple of problems with the work, but they were resolved quickly and without complaint. I'd recommend Jason to others and would use him again on future projects.

Ken was amazing from start to finish. Always kept us informed during every step. He was so helpful and friendly. The quality of the work (making kitchen hatch larger and extending fireplace) was exceptional and exactly how we imagined it. And the main thing... We didn't need to get the hoover out as all was left in a top condition and clean. Would recommend.

Luckily Arran and Steve were available short notice for our building work. They were always on time and despite some issues with delivery of rhe steel required they stayed until the job was finished. Both Arran and Steve are extremely helpful giving me tips on bits of DIY which I was doing myself. The work has been done to an excellent standard and we've already booked them in for further work to our kitchen. We'll definitely be using them again. The experience in the trade showed and they have an extensive knowledge on all aspects of building work.

Unfortunately, cant give feedback on Marti, planned the job some time ago and Marti was very responsive. Checked in with Marti 2 days before the job to see if he's still good for it, didn't hear so chased the following day, said he was good to go and apologied for late reply. Morning of job, 10 mins after agreed start time received a message that his car was broken down on the A12, asked a couple hours later progress and Marti asked to reschedule for the following weekend, so credit to him. Just disappointed that we had this scheduled for a long time, reliability is important to me and sadly Marti was let down by his car which isn't ideal for all of us here.
