Steve came out at the beginning of May to install a stud wall, insulate, plasterboard then plaster. Steve was brilliant, he turned up early and then stayed late to get the job finished. He cleaned up after himself, swept and hoovered up, he even offered to buy a mop but I told him that wasn't necessary. The quality of Steve's finish is excellent, it's painted up lovely. He's also a real nice bloke. I'm getting back in the summer to plaster my ceilings. I'd have no problem in recommending Steve to friends and family.

Oliver quoted for replacing existing wardrobe doors. We requested a particular colour which he sourced. The completion date changed many times which was frustrating. When he arrived to fit the doors the paint finish was poor, with cracks, hand marks and the draw fronts did not match. We explained our dissatisfied and Oliver stated that he would replace for the agreed quoted price, which we were very happy with, this was back in January! With countless calls texts Oliver has stated he would call back and he has not. We have been left with badly fitted draws, a poor paint job on the doors and also no handles on the wardrobes. Very unhappy and Oliver has made no attempt to put this right after agreeing he would. Beware.

Kaspars and his team did a great job. They did what they said they would, when they said they would, right from the first visit to quote, pricing, doing the work and completion. This same reliability cannot be said for most others. When others "kicked the tyres", shook their heads and said it would cost extra to do it properly, there was non of that corner cutting with CBS. The area was kept clean and tidy every day and the work to a high standard. They were friendly and accommodating, their price was good, the guarantee was lengthy and I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.
