I highly recommend Michael. He and his team are very experienced and capable of handling a wide range of jobs. Our project involved plastering, rewiring, plumbing, structural work, window fitting, kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting and various other jobs that Michael took in his stride. All the team are very friendly and approachable, happy to answer any questions. Michael also helped us to plan and manage our project and budget - maintaining a really good level of communication and dealing very confidently and professionally with a few unexpected nasty surprises that came out when we began to look behind old wallpaper. We've now moved in to the house and we're really happy with the quality of the work that's been done. Would definitely hire again. Massive thumbs up.

This guy completely let us down. We waited for 6 weeks for him to start the job, he knew how urgent it was that we got things done asap as it was my mother in law's house and she is really poorly. Met him several times at the house and planned the whole job. We had everything in place including a paid for skip arrive on the morning he was meant to start work and he just didn't turn up and despite us calling him constantly all morning and the rest of that day and next few days he just never bothered to answer the phone to us ever again. No apology he just went completely awol.. I have no idea why someone says they are going to do your job and then in the whole 6 weeks can't even be bothered to call you to let you know they no longer want to do it. In that 6 weeks we could have found someone else to do the work but we waited in good faith because he seemed like a decent guy. The whole thing was really upsetting and we have wasted so much time and money. Thanks for nothing Robert!

I hired Marin to do a conversion to open up my downstairs toilet into a larger shower room / utility space including installing a stud wall, a knock through, install bathroom, tiling, etc. Marin did the work to a very high standard throughout including plumbing and electrical, at a competitive price. He communicated throughout and gave us some good ideas. I would not hesitate to hire Marin again, in fact I am hoping to have him back in the near future for a couple of other projects.

Alex and his team have done an incredible job with a keen attention to detail and have delivered a high quality finish. We have had a single storey extension, new utility and kitchen done, with some challenging structural work. Alex networked well with our architect and sourced a very professional engineer who tweeked our plans. He coordinated a team of builders who are professional, timely and hardworking. No gimmicks, or builders jargon about what stuff cost , just upfront honesty. The team was also acutely aware of the disruptive impact of the build on neighbours and ourselves and mitigated against that through resourcefulness. Alex is a problem solver which is what you want if you are busy with no time to micromanage. The big plus is that everying is done inhouse from structural work to electrics and plumbing. I cant speak more highly of reliable builders, we had to wait a few months for their availability but it was well worth it! Thanks
