We contacted Guy Harrison as we had a badly built unsightly garden retaining wall which we wished to replace. On placing the job on "My Builder" Guy immediately contacted us and called to view the job. After measuring and discussing the job Guy left, the following day we received a detailed quote by email and subsequently requested that the work be put in hand. We are 100% satisfied with the service and attention received from start to finish. Guy proved pleasant and nothing was too much trouble, he is most reliable, arriving on time and working continuously when on site, he is a clean worker making the minimum of mess and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We are very pleased with the finished job which also included a "french drain" and drainage pipework so we do not envisage any further problems. Hi, I am Daniel, we provide a friendly Building and roofing service. We build extensions. We install new roofs in tile, slate and natural stone. We install flat roof coverings including Cure it GRP system, as well as rubber roofing. We also provide repair services. We are based in Otley, and work in and around the surrounding areas.
Daniel called me and arranged to come and provide an estimate. He came at the weekend as arranged. I was happy with the estimate and gave him the go ahead to carry out the work. He told me how long it would take and what day he would start. All went to plan as arranged. He and his colleague did a very neat job. Joe repaired my old stone garden wall, which had collapsed. The collapse revealed a lot of additional mess from overgrown ivy, roots and plants, which Joe cleared when rebuilding. This was a partition wall and joe kept both myself and my neighbour informed throughout the repair. Lee and I agreed a price, which I found very acceptable and a day to start the work. Lee arrived promptly and throughout the job he was very professional, the area was always kept clean and tidy and on completion the whole area was cleaned. The finished article was superb and was exactly as we had requested. We got these guys in to do dormas/loft conversion with agood price. When we were indecisive Aldis was there to offer simple ideas that work. We found Joe on Mybuilder and we are so glad we did. He has transformed our double garage into office space and what a fantastic job he has done. Joe not only had to dig out about 3 tons of concrete from the floor to get more height before he even started the renovation but did it in all weathers as well. His work ethic is outstanding and some days he was there 9 or 10 hours. We are absolutely delighted with what Joe has done for us and he is now our go too builder. We are already in discussions for him to replace our conservatory and as cabin crew I have circulated his details to all my colleagues. If you need a builder please believe me when I say you won’t be disappointed if you have Joe to do your work. And to top it all, his quote was a lot cheaper than we had been quoted by other companies.
