Ajmal was a massive help. We had issues with a previous architect who could no longer assist, and whilst it was only an amendment job, all the other quotes we had were for full redrawing and we're quoted at more than the original price. However Ajmal provided a quick and easy resolution for us at a very good price. He dealt with our AWRs quicky and responded to building control directly. Overall we are very pleased with AJ and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Jacques came very quickly to look at the proposed job and we spent some time discussing various design options. He came up with ideas I would not have thought of myself. At technical design stage he did a thorough survey of the property and produced detailed drawings with full instructions for construction and to meet building regulations. He was available for my queries and responded well to these. I would have no hesitation to recommend him for your build project.

We were looking for an Architect to help with a garage conversion and extention above the garage. After having several companies come to look we went with Andrew Bates of Churchfield Architecture. He was very personable and with his knowledge he was able to advise us of what would and wouldn't be likely to be accepted for planning. Because of this we were both happy with the final plans drawn up and these passed for planning first time. His knowledge on the structural side is also a benefit as other Architect would have to hire structural engineers separately to assess the building for the plans. He was also very reasonably priced. He organises the planning and building regulations too which is a weight off the shoulders. With planning passed he is currently dealing with the building regs side. I would highly recommend his services. And would hire again. Thanks Andrew
