We were very pleased with the work completed. We needed an entrance relocating and the old one blocked up, plus 6 doors replaced. Ash did a great job and has good contacts. He arranged the plasterer and carpenter and it all went smoothly. Ash is very helpful and patient and we will definitely use him again. Many thanks.

Rating: 5 out of 5 5554 reviewsShane has just completed our garage conversion. We are delighted with the result especially as Shane's quote was significantly lower than some others. The work has been finished to a very high standard. Shane arranged sub-contractors for specialist jobs such as the roof, electrics and a carpenter to hang the door. We now have a fourth bedroom with a shower and a snug / music room. It's surprising how much room has been created, even though ours was just a single garage. When Shane was carrying out the work there was good communication at all times and Shane checked that everything was to our requirements. From the start Shane liaised with the building inspector from the local council to check that the insulation and other materials were to regulations. At the end Shane cleared the site and removed any rubbish that was left over. As a bonus, having the garage converted at a competitive price, and to regulations, means that the value of our property has increased. I think Shane has photos of the finished job if you wish to have a look. We would recommend Shane without reservation.

Latest review:Conversions - General-I hired Brendan to remove a load bearing wall, insert a supporting steel, complete associated brickwork and other works during house renovation. From the start is was clear at Brendan was a a competent builder and I was not disappointed : Excellent Brickwork and steelworks. Accurate measurements. Clean site Good communication. and a fair price. I would highly recommend his work management and his input overall to the works. It was great to find someone who really cares about his workmanship and providing a quality job. I was very pleased with the results and so was building inspector. To top it all, he is a very nice chap !

Latest review:Conversions - General-Mark converted our garage into a small home office and snug room, he did this to such a high standard, dealt with all council building regs himself so we didn’t have the hassle, no one else who quoted for us was prepared to do that. He also replaced the roof on our conservatory to a warm all year round roof. We also asked him to do a couple more jobs for us and nothing was ever too much trouble. Very reliable and honest and we will definitely be using Mark again in the future for any further projects. Can’t recommend him enough.
