Good potential but unfortunately I can't leave higher review. 1. The work was done way later than proposed without clear communication as to why there as a delay. 2. Charged me a lot more for the job in the end. 3. Haven't used the drop kerb yet and already started to see slight sinkage. Reported to contractor, he told me he would look at it over a month ago, no update since. 4. Unprofessional, didn't bring materials required to job, didn't know that tarmac plant was closed, charged me extra days work for that. 5. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul Kavanagh of Scapeworks. Communication was brilliant, no messing about. Well thanks Mark , what a fantastic job you and Derek did yesterday , which I think was the hottest June day we have had for years !!! The jobs were carried out speedily and proffessionally. The boys were cheerful and friendly (even in the heat) . We had a path laid in our lawn, a base put down for a shed, repairs to our brick barbecue and repairs to our front wall. I am used to being underwhelmed and know all the usual add on's that regularly get trotted out during a project. So it was a refreshing experience to use Robert. This project was for my disabled brother to enable him to use his garden,Robert and his team were considerate and understanding working around someone in a wheelchair who always seemed to be getting in the way whilst they were trying to get literally tons of materials through the house. They worked liked machines, didn't stop when it rained and finished the job in 5 days whilst being a man down when I would of been amazed if they had done it in 7 days. The workmanship is faultless, they are courteous, on time and tidy. I can highly recommend Robert, I was keen to get a run down of his building trades skill set as he will be the first person I, or my family will call when we want anything done, and in a nutshell he can do pretty much anything you may want done to a property. George replaced our patio in 2023, we wasn’t sure exactly what we wanted and after giving George some ideas he put together a plan and the outcome was amazing! The garden was transformed and is just what we wanted. Perfect for the summer evenings and BBQs! Highly recommend George he was very hardworking even in the cold weather!
